We have fifteen years experience with shipping our furniture and we carefully wrap every piece in layers of bubble wrap, carton and isolation material before transport. And we do trust the international transporting companies we work with. Yet it possible that your order arrives in damaged condition. In that case, please act as follows:

  • take photos of the packaging and of the damage
  • do not sign for receipt in good condition
  • contact us as soon as possible

All transport is insured. After you have contacted us, we will deal with the transporting company and keep you posted on every part of the proces. In fifteen years we have had two complaines about damage by transport and they where handled satisfactorily.
