Rietveld daybed Arielle. Iconic design from 1955 by Wim Rietveld for Auping (the Netherlands). Industrial Dutch Design. The frame is made of black coated tubular metal and the new HR foam mattress is upholstered with ocher colored bouclé. The mattress is padded. A nice contrast with the metal frame. The neck roll – also made of new HR foam – can be slid over the mattress at any desired location with a strap. The legs of this daybed are easily folded in and out.
