This sofa was designed by Kho Liang Ie in 1968 for Artifort; Understated simplicity. The frame is made of pressed beech wood and has been professionally restored. The cushion of the seat and the backrest is one whole and made of new molded foam and covered with a beautiful quality furniture fabric from De Ploeg in KLM blue. The legs of this sofa are made of chrome. This sofa is a 2 seater. A real Dutch Design Classic!
Kho Liang Ie was a Dutch industrial designer. He is known as a designer of the interior design of Schiphol, of his many designs for Artifort and of his work for the magazine Goed Wonen.
