Metaform coffee table KW-1 – H. Kwint

In the 1980s, Hank Kwint designed the impressive Metaform coffee table, model KW-1.
The base is formed by a combination of a heavy stone foot and a light metal frame. The foot is made of black natural stone with small white speckles, while the tabletop consists of thick, clear glass (19 mm) with facet-cut edges.
Within the stone foot, there is a recess where the metal frame fits precisely.
This is a large model of the KW-1, measuring 115 x 115 x 35 cm (lxdxh).
